GearFreeze Lego Robotics Team #8657 Honeoye Falls New York
11 Students from Honeoye Falls, Lima and Mendon formed a TEAM named GearFreeze and won the New York State championship competition for FIRST Lego League Robotics. The competition was sponsored by the University of Rochester on 6 December 2009. This winning team of young inventors is now planning a roadtrip in April 2010 to Atlanta Georgia where they will face international competitors.
